- Dual Vertical Slab Gel Systems
Description - 
Our Dual Vertical Slab Gel Systems are available for gel runs of
four lengths (145mm, 220mm, 280mm, and 400mm). This equipment allows two
slabs to be run simultaneously under identical buffer conditions, while
the cooling chamber assures constant temperature during electrophoresis.
The long-lasting silicone sponge gaskets on either side of the upper reservoir
prevent buffer leakage after the glass plates have been clamped in place.
Each unit also includes:
- Safety cover with interlocking power leads
- Leveling base with spirit level
- Platinum electrodes
- Cooling chamber
- Safety-tip power leads
- Eight molded polypropylene spring clamps
- Cam for easy removal of safety cover
- SeaQuate pre-mixed acrylamide/bis 30% or 40% gel solution is shipped
with each order. Choose One: SQL 30191, SQL 30291, SQL 303751, SQL 40191,
SQL 40291 or SQL 403751.

at nine different thicknesses, and combs are available with up to 30 teeth.
- The Gel Cassette Sealer Casting System: Sooner Scientific has developed
a revolutionary new leak-proof gasket, Gel Cassette Sealer, that seals
the glass plate sandwich for gel casting quickly and easily. Set-up time
for gel casting can be accomplished in less than one minute. Gel Cassette
Sealer is designed to perform two functions simultaneously - it holds onto
the back glass plate making it easy to handle, and it seals the spacers.
