The Sooner Scientific Dual Adjustable Sequencer features the same versatility and adjustability as our Adjustable Sequencer (see page2 and page 3), but now you can run twice as many samples using less buffer and the same amount of valuable bench space. The Dual Adjustable Sequencer is available in 20cm and 33cm widths and with height capabilities of 32cm, 42cm, 52cm, or 62cm. A rotating base allows the unit to swivel, providing easy access to either side. This sequencer also features safety-interlocking lids and independent detachable lower buffer reservoirs. Both upper and lower reservoirs have drains with tubing adapters for easy disposal of radioactive buffer solutions.

Each sequencer also includes:

• Leveling base with bubble level
• Leak-proof silicone gasket on upper reservoir to which glass plates are clamped
• Interlocking safety covers with attached leads
• 12 molded white spring clamps
• Rotating base
• Safety-tip power leads
• SeaQuate pre-mixed acrylamide/bis gel solution is shipped with each order. Ready to use fast and easy. SeaQuate comes to you in 1 pre-mixed bottle containing TEMED, Urea, TBE and acrylamide. Add APS and pour the gel. Choose One: SQL 4301, SQL 5301, SQL 6301 or SQL 8301.

Dual Dedicated Height Sequencer - Dual Dedicated Height Sequencer, 52cm height x 33cm wide. (Cat. # CCG-500-33.)

The Sooner Scientific Dual Dedicated Height Sequencer has all of the convenience and safety features of our Dedicated Height Sequencer (see page 4 and page5), but now you can run twice as many samples using less buffer and the same amount of valuable bench space. The Dual Dedicated Height Sequencer is available in 20cm and 33cm widths and with height capabilities of 42cm, 52cm, or 62cm. A rotating base allows the unit to swivel, providing easy access to either side. This sequencer features two bar clamps, built-in epoxy-coated aluminum heat dispersion plates, safety-interlocking lids, and independent detachable lower buffer reservoirs. Both upper and lower reservoirs have drains with tubing adapters for easy disposal of radioactive buffer solutions.

• Upper Buffer Reservoir Configuration Options: The upper buffer reservoir can be ordered in the following configurations depending upon user preference (see photo at right):
  Option #1) One common upper reservoir: This option is for the researcher that wants to use both sides of the sequencer simultaneously with identical buffer conditions. Its larger buffer capacity is designed for longer runs. The reservoir has one set of attached interlocking power leads on one safety cover.
  Option #2) Divided upper reservoir: Reservoir is divided in half, but has common safety cover with two attached interlocking leads (one on each side). This configuration is for the researcher that will be running independent buffer conditions on either side and shorter length runs (since the buffer capacity is not as large as the reservoir described under option #1). This option is more convenient for the researcher that occasionally wants to run just one side of the unit.
• All of the same versatility, convenience, and safety features as our standard sequencers with twice the capacity. Saves on buffer and valuable bench space.
• Quick-disconnect tubing coupling with shut-off valves can be ordered as an alternative to the tubing adapters, simplifying buffer disposal. (See accessories on page 4.)
• Rotating Base: The Dual Sequencer's rotating base allows unit to swivel providing easy access to either side of the unit. A removable peg locks the base of the unit into place, providing stability for either 180 degree rotation. Simply load one side, remove peg, rotate, replace peg, and continue loading alternate side.
