96EZLoad System

Sooner Scientific is pleased to introduce an easier way to load your 96 lane sequencing gels. The OneLoad gel loading system is a lightweight Multi-Channel Pipette that makes loading gels quick and easy. The OneLoad System is another industry innovation brought to the market exclusively by Sooner Scientific.

Sooner Scientific is now shipping a new Expandable PCR Micro-Well plate to match the 96 Lane upgrade spacing of the Applied Biosystems 377 DNA Sequencer. You can use the OneLoadPette Multi-Channel Pipette and OneLoad Strip tips to load a 96-lane gel in less than 10 minutes. You can process the DNA samples in standard 9 mm 96 well spacing. You make just one adjustment to the PCR plate and it then expands to the 10.8 mm spacing necessary for loading the 377 DNA Sequencer.

Laboratories that prefer to process samples in PCR tubes or PCR tube strips may also use the OneLoad system with its expandable rack. This Unique Expandable PCR Tube Rack also adjusts from 9.0 mm to 10.8 mm spacing for use with the 96 lane upgrade from Applied Biosystems.

Borosilicate Glass Plates

New borosilicate glass plates that are unsurpassed in flatness and optical clarity. The new borosillcate glass plates simplifies the pouring of bubble-free sequencing gels as thin as 0.2mm thick.

Rack With Handles

The Sooner Scientific 12 place glass plate drying and storage rack is constructed of high strength structural ABS with hand supports for ease in carrying from bench to sink. The racks are available in either grey (Cat. # FQG-100F) or black (Cat. # FQG-100A) making color coding possible to differentiate between clean and dirty, or pre-treated and untreated, or front and back glass plates.
